Our largest success—and we wouldn’t have dreamt to reach that goal when we started—is that almost all the German medical associations (fifteen out of seventeen) removed homeopathy from their training programs. And the sales of homeopathic preparations have fallen drastically. The media, i.e., the press, radio, and television, have to a large extent changed their coverage.

„Unser größter Erfolg – ​​und davon hätten wir am Anfang nicht zu träumen gewagt – ist, dass fast alle deutschen Ärztekammern (fünfzehn von siebzehn) die Homöopathie aus ihren Weiterbildungsordnung gestrichen haben. Und der Absatz homöopathischer Präparate ist drastisch zurückgegangen. Auch die Medien, also Presse, Radio und Fernsehen, haben weitgehend ihre Berichterstattung über Homöopathie angepasst.“

Aber auch:

I am frankly appalled that the hard work it has cost us to expose studies as, to put it mildly, “doubtful” did not lead to the studies being retracted by the journals’ editors and that there is hardly any reaction from the professional press. Where is the outcry of serious medical professionals and scientists?

„Ich bin ehrlich gesagt entsetzt darüber, dass die harte Arbeit, die es uns gekostet hat, Homöopathie-Studien als, gelinde gesagt, „zweifelhaft“ zu entlarven, nicht dazu geführt hat, dass diese Arbeiten von den Herausgebern der Journals zurückgezogen wurden, und dass es kaum eine Reaktion vonseiten der Fachleute gibt. Wo bleibt hier der Aufschrei seriöser Mediziner und Wissenschaftler?“
